专利说明:
Technical area The present invention relates to a selector device for a striking mechanism of a timepiece. The present invention also relates to a striking mechanism comprising the selector device. State of the art [0002] Ringing mechanisms comprising a "night" mode are well known, for example GB 589 171. A ringing mechanism comprising a "silent" mode is also known. In particular, the document EP 1 925 997 discloses a striking mechanism comprising a silencer device allowing the user to prevent the triggering the passage of the ring. Furthermore, this document provides for the use of additional cams to actuate the silencer device. For example, a cam driven by the gear of the basic movement at a rate of one turn per twenty-four hours can define parts of the day during which the ringing pass is engaged and others, for example during the night , during which the ringing is blocked. However, known ring mechanisms do not allow to change the operating mode of the mechanism between silent and night modes through a single command. Brief summary of the invention An object of the present invention is to provide a selector device for a striking mechanism free from the limitations of known devices. Another object of the invention is to provide a selector device for changing the operating mode of the striking mechanism via a single command. According to the invention, these objects are achieved in particular by means of a selector device comprising:a cam performing a complete rotation in 24h and having a profile required for said predetermined duration;a first lever, configured to switch between a first position in which the first lever does not cooperate with the cam so that the striking mechanism is in the "ring" mode, and a second position in which the probe cooperates with the cam; so that the striking mechanism is in the "night" mode; anda second lever configured to switch between a first position in which the striking mechanism is connected to the ring gear, and a second position in which the ring mechanism is disconnected from the ring gear so that the ring mechanism is in the ring gear; "silence" mode;the selector device comprising a push lever operable to switch the first lever and the second lever so as to put the striking mechanism in one of the modes "ringing", "night" or "silence". The invention also relates to a striking mechanism comprising the selector device. Brief description of the figures Examples of implementation of the invention are indicated in the description illustrated by the appended figures in which:<tb> fig. 1 <SEP> illustrates the selector device arranged in a "ringing" mode, according to one embodiment;<tb> fig. 2 <SEP> illustrates the selector device arranged in a "night" mode, according to one embodiment;<tb> fig. 3 <SEP> represents the selector device arranged in a "silence" mode, according to one embodiment; and<tb> fig. 4 <SEP> illustrates a display mechanism for displaying the ring mode, according to one embodiment. Example (s) of embodiment of the invention A selector device for a striking mechanism of a timepiece is described. In particular, the selector device makes it possible to select between three modes comprising a "ringing" mode in which the striking mechanism is always activated, a "night" mode in which the striking mechanism is deactivated only for a predetermined duration, and a "silence" mode in which the striking mechanism is always off. The striking mechanism as such is not directly the subject of the invention and will not be described in detail. The striking mechanism may for example include a mechanism for striking hours and quarters with repetition of minutes. The striking mechanism may include feelers cooperating with cams so as to "read" time and hammers ring on springs timbres hours, quarters and minutes. Such a striking mechanism typically has a ring gear which drives the striking mechanism and which may comprise a rocket, that is to say an assembly comprising a ringing barrel, a barrel shaft, on which is freely adjusted a snap-wheel called rocket wheel rotating in a direction which is in relation to a pawl which allows to adjust the tension of the spring of the ring. The striking mechanism can perform a ringing in passing. When the ringer sounds, the energy of the ringer barrel is released and a Westminster chime sounds the quarter before ringing the time. Every quarter of an hour, a different melody can be played. For example, the ringing mechanism may comprise three rakes each having a proper melody. The ringing mechanism can be configured so that at the time of the full hour, a fourth rake with a fourth quarter melody (longest melody) falls to ring the melody and then to strike the hours on a dedicated stamp. The striking mechanism can be understood a "small ring" mode in which a device can isolate and thus remove the hour bell on quarters. This means that the mechanism will only sound quarter-hour, half-hour, and quarter-hour quarters, and therefore will only let time be heard on the full hour. The striking mechanism may also include a "big ring" mode in which the time is sounded every quarter of an hour. The striking mechanism can also perform a ringtone on demand. In this configuration, actuation of a flip-flop of the striking mechanism releases the energy of the ringer barrel allowing the chime (for example a Westminster chime) to play its melody. As in the minute repeater, the time on demand is deduced from the melody. In one example, the quarters are played first, then the minutes and then the hours. The first quarter will only sound one melody, the second quarter will sound two melodies, the third quarter will sound three melodies and the fourth quarter will sound four melodies. Minutes and hours can be counted at the number of hits. Other types of striking mechanism are also conceivable. FIG. 1 illustrates the selector device according to one embodiment in which the striking mechanism is in the "ringing" mode. The selector device comprises a driving mobile 5 comprising a driving wheel 51 engaging with the main wheel of the movement of the timepiece and a driving pinion 52 driving a mobile comprising a cam wheel 6 and a cam 7. In this configuration , the energy of the engine cylinder of the movement of the watch is transmitted to the main train to the mobile trainer so that the cam 7 performs a complete rotation in 24 hours. According to one embodiment, the selector device also comprises an automatic trigger pawl 2 pivotally mounted on a road lever 1 (shaped triqueter). The automatic trigger pawl 2 is arranged to engage the ring gear so as to kinematically connect the ring gear to the ring mechanism. The selector device also comprises a first lever 3 comprising a first trigger arm 32 carrying a probe 4. The probe 4 may take the form of a part attached to the first trigger arm 32 or integrally formed with the first trigger arm 32. The first lever 3 is configured to tilt around a pivot 30. A return spring (not shown) tends to maintain the first lever 3 tilted towards the cam 7. The first trigger arm 32 is extended so as to cooperate with the trigger pawl 2. The selector device also comprises a second lever 9 configured to tilt around a pivot 90. The second lever 9 comprises a lever arm 91 intended to cooperate with the first lever 3. In particular, the lever arm 91 can cooperate with the first lever 3 via a pin 93 secured to the lever arm 91. The second lever 9 is also provided with a second trigger arm 92 extending to cooperate with the trigger pawl 2 . The selector device also comprises a push lever 8 operable to put the striking mechanism in one of the bell mode, night or silence. The push lever 8 comprises an outer arm 85 arranged to be accessible outside the watch case by a user to actuate the push lever 8. The push lever 8 comprises a cam arm 81 adapted to cooperate with an arm pusher 31 of the first lever 3. In the example of FIG. 1, the push lever 8 cooperates with the push arm 31 by means of a pin 83 provided on the cam arm 81. The push lever 8 may also comprise a ratchet arm 82 arranged to cooperate with the second lever 9. In a first position of the push lever 8, the striking mechanism is in the "ringing" mode (FIG 1). The first lever 3 and the second lever 9 are tilted into the first position. In this position of the first and second lever 3, 9, the probe does not cooperate, and is not in contact with the cam 7. The first trigger arm 32 and the second trigger arm 92 are also positioned so that the ratchet The automatic trigger 2 is engaged with the ring gear and the striking mechanism is driven by the ring gear. FIG. 2 illustrates the selector device according to an embodiment in which the striking mechanism is in the "night" mode. The push lever 8 is tilted in a second position around the pivot 80 in the clockwise direction (indicated by the arrow). The corresponding displacement of the cam arm 81 releases the first lever 3 which can swing counterclockwise under the effect of the return spring. In the example of FIGS. 1 to 3, the cam 7 is arranged in the same plane as that in which the probe 4 is located. The cam 7 has a profile required for the predetermined duration. For example, the cam 7 may take a half moon shape whose periphery has a constant radius on a portion of its circumference. The probe 4 is pressed against the periphery of the cam 7 under the effect of the return spring, maintaining the first lever 3 in the second position. The first lever 3 is thus maintained in the second position as long as the probe 4 follows the periphery of the cam 7, that is to say, for the predetermined duration. In the example of fig. 1 to 3, the cam 7 has a portion of circumference corresponding to a predetermined duration of 14 hours. In particular, the cam 7 is arranged so that the predetermined duration corresponds to a period between 8 hours and 22 hours. However, it will be understood that the cam 7 can take other configurations to obtain other predetermined times (length of the duration and its occurrence during the day). When the feeler 4 is no longer facing the periphery of the cam 7 (as illustrated in FIG 2), the first lever 3 is free to switch in a third position in which the first lever 3 comes into abutment against the second lever 9. In the particular example of FIG. 2, the first lever 3 abuts against the pin 93 secured to the lever arm 91. In the third position, the first trigger arm 32 is tilted so that it pivots the trigger pawl 2, disengaging the striking mechanism the ring gear. When the push lever 8 is switched to the second position, the ring is only activated for the predetermined duration and is disabled the rest of the time. Fig. 3 illustrates the selector device according to an embodiment in which the striking mechanism is in the "silence" mode. The push lever 8 is tilted in a third position around the pivot 80, always in the clockwise direction (indicated by the arrow). The push lever tilting 8 in the third position brings the pawl arm 82 into contact with the second lever 9. In particular, a pin 84 of the pawl arm 82 engages with the second trigger arm 92 and tilts the latter 90 in the counterclockwise direction. a second position. The tilting of the second trigger arm 92 rotates the detent pawl 2, disengaging the striking mechanism from the ring gear. When the second lever 9 is tilted in the second position, the pin 93 secured to the lever arm 91 pushes the first lever 3 in the first position. In this position, the probe does not cooperate with the cam 7 and the night mode is not activated. When the push lever 8 is switched to the third position, the ring is always off. As is well known, the selector device comprises a control (not shown) on the watch case that allows the user to control the position of the push lever 8. In one embodiment illustrated in FIG. 4, the selector device also comprises a display mechanism for displaying the position in which the push lever 8 is actuated. In particular, FIG. 4 shows a watch dial 100 having an arcuate display 101 on which one of the three positions in which the push lever 8 is actuated is indicated by a needle 102. For example, the display may comprise the following indications: : "Ringing", "night" and "silence". Other modes of displaying the operating position of the push lever 8 are also possible.
